Yes, it IS possible to work DXCC
via the Internet!
Since late 1995, I have been collecting the Internet addresses of Amateur
Radio operators in various DXCC countries. I have now located hams in 194 DXCC
countries, all who are (or have been) on the Internet. Perhaps this qualifies me
for a "DXCC via the Internet" award!
